Receptionist was on top of her job. I was overlooked by associate. She called two patients prior to calling me back. Receptionist had to point out the issue to her. Also the xray technician need to be a little more sympathetic to her patients.
I was upset about taking another x-ray when x-ray done at emergency room but I agreed to avoid more delays. I need knee surgery but system is too cumbersome. the real issue outpatient knee surgery needs to be done, sooner is better
It is always a pleasure visiting with Dr Elia. He work is outstanding and he is a better person.

Dr took time to listen and admi listened a shot to ease knee discomfort.
Dr. Elia listen to my concerns with regards to my hip and lack of strength. We came up with a recovery plan and will continue to work on getting better. Thanks
