Yes work was done wrong
Extremely unhappy with my crown the lady that fitted was an apprentice and Dr left to lunch so when the permanent came it was not fitting properly Dr I just had to get used to it well am still very sensitive and feels very uncomfortable
I gotta be honest I'm not sure why the two other reviews are so low? I just went there and although there was a bit of a wait, the Dentist and Hygienist were both excellent? The Dentist's assistant was also very kind. I suspect some issue or complaint may lie with the Reception ladies who kinda give off an apathetic attitude, but honestly that doesn't bother me at all (I'm just there for my teeth but some people want to be received less cooly). Office manager for Dr. Elia dishonest. Is that because Dr. Elia is not engaged with manger and the dishonesty is from her?
Staff are pleasant enough but periodic “comprehensive” exams by the actual dentist are generally very cursory, do not expect them to include a proper oral cancer screening because she doesn’t do it. This dentist does change dental insurance networks WITHOUT WARNING OR ANY NOTIFICATION TO PATIENTS, as often as annually - consider yourself warned.
