Office manager for Dr. Elia dishonest. Is that because Dr. Elia is not engaged with manger and the dishonesty is from her?

Staff are pleasant enough but periodic “comprehensive” exams by the actual dentist are generally very cursory, do not expect them to include a proper oral cancer screening because she doesn’t do it. This dentist does change dental insurance networks WITHOUT WARNING OR ANY NOTIFICATION TO PATIENTS, as often as annually - consider yourself warned.

I had to cancel my initial dental visit with Dr. Elia a few times due to personal reasons. Receptionist Hailee always called me back to make sure I reschedule. She was very sweet, helpful and accommodative on the phone and during my visits. I also needed to get a new tray for my mouth and assistant Marisol was very friendly, attentive and took care all of my needs promptly and kindly. Dr. Elia was personable, polite and professional. I felt comfortable and welcomed. I recommend Town Care Dental to everyone!

Rude; after having to schedule 6 weeks in advance you have to wait in the office for more than 1.5 hrs. The treatment plan was excessive, so, I did as needed. Unfortunately, a different tooth about 9 months later started hurting. I can't be seen because they have scheduled their "EMERGENCY" slots for the next month. Today Dental first thing in the morning. Thank Heavens!
