The crew that packed were very professional but they sub contract and those people are RUDE, unreliable and don't honor the contract

DON'T USE THEM!!!!! I had so many valuable items stolen, including Antler Sheds and Dishware worth a lot of money. What did show up at the new house was broken and so busted up, as though they were tossing my household items around like a basketball. When I called to try to get some help with my missing items, either they put me off or just didn't bother to answer the phone... This is the worse moving company in Arizona. They not only left some of my stuff behind, they also broke and brought only pieces of some items. I am to embarrassed to tell you how much they gave me for the broken, lost and left behind items, I would not recommend them to my worse enemy.

Horrible. Hundreds of dollars worth of things "missing". Huge plastic storage bin of Lego worth hundreds...stolen. Jewelry, perfume, watch collection...STOLEN Don't use them.

I knew moving to Virginia Beach, VA from Phoenix, AZ was going to be difficult given the amount of stuffs we had. Some of our furniture was old and very heavy. But my wife wouldn’t part with them so we had to take them with us. I warned Eli relocation moving about the heavy furniture but they seemed quite unshaken. I move around quite frequently. Hence, I was really looking for a reliable and inexpensive moving company. The movers from Eli relocation moving delivered all my belongings from Phoenix, AZ to Frankfort, KY without even a scratch on anything. If that doesn’t scream efficiency, I do not know what does. They don’t even charge that crazy. They took such care of my valuables. The movers were friendly and punctual. I own some heavy pieces of furniture. But it was no big deal to them. Eli relocation moving was the reason why my last move turned out to be so smooth. They had a long distance to cover and I had to completely rely on the expertise of my movers. They performed amazingly though. They showed up on time, packed everything quickly and loaded the van with my valuables. They delivered everything after 3 days. All my breakables survived the journey. I really couldn¿t find any flaws with the services they provided me.
