The only reason it's not a 5 is that there was not selection in my price range. But she has beautiful product with 5 star customer service. I found the owner very sweet. Not bubbly..but she went out of her way to help me find quality product in my price range even when she was about to close!

The owner/sellers are very rude she has poor communication skills. If trying to buy braids find somewhere else don’t go to this store.Their prices are very high. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!!!
