Absolutely amazing authentic Egyptian food
Neat little place, with helpful, informative waitstaff. Nice ambiance, lots of decorative items that are easy on the eyes. We had the sheesh tawook -- very savoury, perfectly seasoned, and an appetizer of the pickled eggplant. YUM! Husband had the oxtail with egyptian stuffed grape leaves -- excellently seasoned, and the perfect size. All in all, a VERY satisfying meal.
Absolutely loved this place from start to finish. The food is authentically Egyptian, full of flavor, perfectly seasoned, and clearly made with care—not rushed, not “Americanized,” just real comfort food that tastes like home.
