I would give Elhart Kia minus stars if I could. My 2017 Kia Optima was towed there to be assessed, and I authorized them to fix it on Dec. 13, 2018. Since it was warped, the service department said they usually need a 24 hour turnaround to get the head repaired, then they would put my car back together. I assumed 12 days would be plenty of time to accomplish this, and I would get it back before Christmas. I didn't get my car back until the evening of JANUARY 7, 2019!
