If you could give no stars it would be a better review. On my first visit i waited three hours for my appointment. The office staff was rude and seem confused. I had questions about the over charge and the never returned my phone messages. I finally had to go back to the office in person, to cancel my appointment for surgery . A very sad experience.
A day after having cataract eye surgery performed on my right eye by Dr. Ott, I was truly amazed when the eye patch was removed and for the first time in years, I could clearly see vivid colors once more. I found Dr. Ott to be totally professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, compassionate, with a good sense of humor. In addition, the staff was most helpful and friendly. I would especially like to mention Courtney and Rose for all their help. Kudos to Elgut Eye Care!
