I am living in Skyline Living and the price of rent is too high and keeps going up every year and .nothing gets done for the rent. Tenants get harassed and threatened by drunks in the building of 2 Avon Rd and nothing gets done about it Very dirty people living here and have cock roaches through the apts and in the hallway. Most people do not work living in here and you only get so much money a month from the government but if you don't pay your rent then your out
