Rachael Jones has been the best realtor we have ever worked with. She helped us from beginning to end, first with buying our home in Elgin then with selling the same home. She has so much experience and valuable knowledge about the market in the area and the business in general. She knew all the best and reliable contractors to contact, and was so patient with us throughout the entire process on both ends of buying and selling. The only downside is we can’t take her with us. We cannot recommend Rachael enough.
Terrible company. Sold me a house that was "already inspected". I saw right through their lies, but bought the house anyway because my family is here. I do not recommend Elgin Reality at all. Crazy to see all the recent reviews, reflecting how I felt a few years ago
***updated to 1 star!!!**** *12/30 - Requested move out report for proof of cleaning and inspection with no response. There were so many things wrong with the home now that it’s in our possession. While the property was rented most of the time, it sat vacant for the last three months. When we requested to lower the rent, there was a delay in response, and we had to follow-up again. They claimed the market was “slow.” However, once we lowered the rent ourselves on Zillow, we received multiple applications within 3 days.
