0 stars! They are doing some fraud here, take your trees back , but never give you a refund or take away your credit. Do not do your business here!!
Bad bad customer service!! They lied to us about the returning policy, first said they will give us a discount, because we needed a lot trees, but after all, we still paid 10% more, because they tricked us telling us we won’t be able to return the trees. We had 3, only 3 trees that died and wanted to return, and here they said we can’t, because we don’t have a paper receipt. Consistent, KNOWLEDGEABLE, happy people work here. I am always willing to drive the 45 minutes it takes to get to Elgin’s, and bypass all the other nurseries just to be with the people that work for this company. They also have a consistently wide variety of plants and landscaping available to choose from. Seeing their new addition (at least new to me) of all the pots and yard art makes it more of a one-stop shopping. As far as my family is concerned Elgin’s is the only nursery in town.
