I haven't had such understanding in years since my daughter got diagnosed. She was 17 and 30.now with mental illness in and out of hospitals. This is one of 2 that have actually taken their time to find her proper meds. The team she got this time around is actually the best and I can stay thank you enough for caring for the patients...

I send my son a hundred dollar check through my bank every month on the first and it clears my account and is paid in less than a week. He frequently calls me at the end of the month because they still haven't given it to him yet. 😳 I had to switch to money orders at their inistance. So far it's working but Money Orders are no fun to keep track of if for any reason they get lost.
Really awful trying to get any sort of help when your loved ones are inside the facility. I understand there are laws, but not working with the only family member to work on a solution to get a mentally ill person they help they need is shameful and redundant. Illinois needs better funding to afford relatively competent employees
