Don't buy, you'll be embarrassed and frustrated like myself. Purchased a 2022 kua stinger with a promise a bumper would be replaced as a worker there bought and messed up then returned. Only to find out it was repaired and not even done professionally. Then wheel locks missing too. They never reported damage on their car fax and not interested in doing the right thing. Bad buisness all the way around.
The worst experience at this dealer. I bought a 2020 kia optima, they gave it to me at 11:30 pm. The structural frame of the car roof light was poorly assembled. I called the manager Jon Quach who dared to say that it was my fault and with a lack of respect or ethics to me, he said he could withdraw the "courtesy" of repairing my car. Disgusted! Mike, the GM of Napeton's Elgin Kia made us a deal that was too good to be true in order to keep us from looking at any other dealers in the area. They had sold me a car “temporarily” with promise of full refund once the car we ordered came in. They did not follow through... Due to their dishonesty and practice, we ended up spending over $5,000 more than what they had originally promised.
