It is with a heavy heart that I write this review. I ordered from 1800 Flowers for Mother's Day 2 weeks in advance to avoid issues as I know this is a busy time of year. I specifically did so to avoid ANY AND ALL PROBLEMS. However, what happened was just absolutely disgusting. My mother is elderly and I wanted to do something nice. Poor arangement, no plant food, late delivery, way, way, overpriced for what was recived. Ill never shop here again.
Ordered a live plant to have it delivered to Shives on Trenholm rd. At funeral and it wasn't there. Found out it was taken to Shives that only does cremation. That Shives isn't there much but they left them at door. They finally picked them back up and brought to the right Shives, where they had to bring to the family house.
