Not a good experience this year. My husband’s glasses were incorrectly done resulting in them needing to be redone. He needed his glasses for a medical exam and didn’t have them in time. Overall time frame for my husband to get glasses he could use was almost a month. Then when they sent over my husband’s information to their billing department they coded the refraction to go towards his health insurance BCBS not his eye insurance Vsp.
