Very disappointing customer service. The woman at the front desk had a rude and dismissive attitude. Whenever I asked a question about my appointment, her tone made me feel like I was bothering her. I choose to spend my money here, and basic courtesy shouldn’t be too much to ask. With so many other dentists in the city offering lower prices, there’s little reason to put up with this kind of treatment.
