Client services and professionalism is very important in health care & I appreciate the lovely, compassionate staff at elgin health hub medical appoitments. That being said!!! Crystal, the receptionist....1st impression upon stepping in this office my 1st time, she didnt look up, no acknowledgement,I stood there awkwardly...and when I then politely sat down, I wait a bit. I was able to get in the same day as I called, and there was no wait for my appointment when I arrived. The staff were friendly and efficient. I was very pleased.
Thanks to everyone that helped us after my mom fell these girls were amazing there are not enough thank yous.
We recently moved from Quebec to St Thomas, and needed to get medical followup and prescriptions, and this clinic was outstanding in their support and follow-up! Highly recommend to any out of province peeps needing health professionals.
