We had a living room done and we love the floor. We had a few glitches dealing with staff though with a wrong quote sent initially as they forgot to add installation, sales rep measured room and was told that we wanted a small row of tiles removed but after installers came onsite and did the work, they were short some floor boards claiming they weren't to remove the row of tiles so they had to come back to finish the job. We had to agree to pay for tile disposal added on to the quote but they at least covered removal of tile... read more
