Waiting for PU more than 7 hours
The lady in the shipping office is a smiling and kind person, as well as the fork lift driver! The unloading time was about 2 hrs, not that bad either.
Today is Friday (I thought was going be huge line of trucks usually is at places on Fridays..) to my surprise I was first one to check in at scale. Took about 15 mins to check in, then off scale backed all the way down to the two side docks. Started loading me quickly and looks like will be done less than an hour here. Read reviews before coming here so maybe I was lucky, one other truck came in after me. Five starts for me!
Very bad experience with this company. They only allow one truck to check in at a time; if there are more than two, the rest have to wait on the street with no consideration. The check-in process at the scale is extremely slow. Once you are assigned a door to start loading, the delay becomes even worse. They clearly do not value drivers’ time or operational efficiency. This type of management directly impacts productivity and shows a lack of organization and respect toward carriers.
