Was told I was declined for financing on a vehicle because of “late payment on my current auto loan with Capital One”. Immediately called Capital One, they said I’ve never had a late payment on my current auto loan (already knew this) and didn’t know what the dealership was talking about. Also they said whatever credit check the dealership had ran didn’t even show up in Capital One’s database, so now I have a hard credit inquiry on my report, wasted two days of my time, and no car to show for it. Cons.....................
Purchased a car Due to an accident I had and ended up returning the car a week later at no fault of the dealership. I was charge for the week I had the car. There was a $100 cleaning fee (pre COVID-19) and daily charge. I have been calling to get a copy of the receipt so I can work with my insurance to see if they can cover that daily charge as a rental but they said they deleted their receipts from their computer and cannot provide one. Eze is completely rude and chauvinistic! Please refrain from shopping here and check local dealership with better reviews. Their customer service is by far the worst from a sales dealership.
