Poor communication over the phone when being told walk in is available and when walking in you are told to wait over an hour. They should communicate about time slot availability is recommended rather than mentioning walking in as an option. Who wants to wait over an hour with a toddler?? I would have reserved a time instead!!
The hair cut was decent, the experience was anything but good. The stylist came, dint even introduce herself and just said we don't have a car, only a normal seat. We asked if we could wait longer but she insisted that we take a normal seat, this was my son's 1st cut. After back and forth, she finally agreed to wait and it was not even 5 min before the slot freed up. The cut was decent but we dint feel welcome or treated in a good way. If you have a son and you are looking for an amazing haircut with style, book with marciela! My son has been getting his haircut with her for two years now and I’m always very happy. She listens to exactly what you want and takes the time to do her best job. She is very patient with my son and is detail oriented. My son has thick, long, straight hair and she always has him looking like a little Justin Bieber when we leave. I highly recommend her as a stylist.
