Elf homes doesn't pay the housekeeping. They own me money for the cleanings on Middlebury and Central. And they refused to pay me with no excuse now they don't reply to my emails and phone calls "Dan" is a no brain of the elf company. So if you stay in one of the elf properties please don't support this company they are not honest people.
ELF Homes, Inc., AKA Green Stay California rents homes from homeowners, then, furnish the homes and sublease the furnished houses to the public as vacation homes and as corporate housing. In March 2014, they signed a two-year lease with us to rent our property in Belmont. On February 1, 2015, ELF Homes suddenly and unilaterally stopped paying rent and breached our lease agreement.
