Craig Fleming does not know anything about being a Landlord and is very unprofessional. Literally made fun of me after his maintenance tried to attack me - all because I kept complaining (emailing) about the gutter that had never been cleaned in the 4 years of living here and water was draining right over into our AC unit and blowing water at us. They by far are the worst people to rent from! They had homeless people sleeping in the hall and when it was brought to their attention they did not seem to care! Whenever we had an issue the maintenance Guy Mike too days to get to if he did at all!
