I have been with Eley-Graham-Austgen Financial Advisory Services for 40+ years and have found Rich and now Dotty to be very professional and courteous. They explain my investment strategies in ways that are easily understood. I highly recommend this financial planning business.
They held my account for years. But about 2 years ago the advisor that was on case with my finances left the business. I have had ZERO contact from Dotty until I sent an email inquiring about my account. Dotty told me that she would not take responsibility for any of her advisors and admitted that my account was overlooked and not assigned or managed for the past two years.
