I’m beyond frustrated with this pediatrician’s office. I chose them specifically for the African American primary care provider, yet we’ve seen her only once in three years. The front desk staff is consistently rude, unprofessional, and clueless. Every visit involves an unexplained back bill, and despite asking for an itemized bill months ago, I’ve received nothing but excuses. The place is stuck in the past, reeks, and makes you feel unwelcome. If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid this place at all costs
Dr. Eley is awesome! I trust her completely with all medical decisions and treatments for my twins. I have recommended her to anyone looking for a pediatrician. My twins absolutely love and trust her as well. She is the kindest angel, and she loves and cares for her patients like family. I can't say enough about how wonderful she is and all of the staff. The environment here is impeccable!
We absolutely LOVE Dr. Eley! All 3 of my children see her. We started off with Dr. Ho, but once she moved to Spain, we started seeing Dr. Eley and were so relieved to experience the same level of care and thoroughness with her. We have been so lucky to find this practice honestly. All the doctors we have seen have had incredible bedside manner and Dr. Eley is no exception.
