Our buyers just closed in Lavon TX which had to be extended due to water leak. The builder contact, Justin, did a great job to get us to the finish line and his communication has been good. The new homeowner hired a restoration company that just went out 3 days after closing to get peace of mind. They came back with several moisture readings in different areas that had water leaks.
