I come here with my family every summer and the concierges are extremely polite and welcoming. This complex has prime location in the heart of downtown Toronto and seriously, how convenient is the starbucks barely 2 meters away from the building?!
This is a gem in the heart of the city. The building's 24 hour concierge is always at the ready, responsive, friendly, and safe. The building is very well maintained with a nice workout space, roof top patio, common rooms, etc. And the location is ideal--next to U of T, two subway lines, restaurants and entertainment (Cineplex, Goodlife Gyms, Yorkville, Eataly, etc.)
This boutique condo building is well maintained with kind and friendly concierge team members who welcome us home after long work day in the city. It is right across the street from the Manulife Centre and Eataly where you can shop and dine to your heart’s content. Yorkville, Holt Renfrew, Cineplex, U of T, Hospital Row, St. Basil’s Church, the ROM, W hotel restaurants, Bay station, Museum Station and Yonge/Bloor are all short walks away. A car is not needed to access Toronto entertainment.
