Quick in and quick out. Everyone was professional and answered all my questions and concerns.
The nurse I saw for my first appt, (Ms Shaw), was grossly disengaged and invalidating. As a self pay client that paid $425 for my first appt, I definitely expected a little more than a doc’s order for MRI and PT. I could have gotten both those referrals from my primary, gyno or chiro. They said they would have my previous records from my last two treatment providers, which they did not. I came to Dr. Patel for numbness in my arm and he has helped me so much. I’m impressed with his knowledge and forward thinking treatment of my arthritis pain.
