Nice parking garage for the time I needed it. I like that the homeless people are not able to get into it and make go number 2 in the stairwelss unlike some of the other parking garages in the area. My BIGGEST complaint was trying to Cancel my monthly paking pass has been a NIGHTMARE. I found 4 phone numbers for this parking garage and No one ever answers the phone when it does actually ring and to one time I left a message asking to cancel my parking pass with my contact information No one ever called back. VERY dangerous!!! When you park you can’t access the exit via the elevator unless you know the ‘drill’. The signs aren’t clear and if someone is after you, you don’t have a chance. You have to scan your parking ticket to get into the elevator!!! If there is a person chasing you, who can easily get into the building by walking in, or driving in, they can chase and grab you, while you struggle to find your ticket and scan it to get away. Where is the logic of that?!?! Make it easy for the bad guys?? !!!
Nice parking garage just off Harlem Ave. Easy access to the CTA green line.
