I worked with Carolyn in the leasing office who made moving a wonderful experience. She and many others (staff, residents) in the building were extremely helpful during my move in and I have loved my new apartment so far.
I moved in just over a year ago and absolutely love it. The building may be a bit older but the units are well maintained and laid out to maximize usable space. I do wish the bathroom was a bit larger, but that's my only "complaint". The leasing team, maintenance and the door staff are great. Christine and "D" bookend my workday with a cheerful send-off and warm welcome home. Jennifer in the package is amazing and always makes sure we’re taken care of. The front desk staff are also great and very helpful.
Lived here since February and everything has been great. The front desk and maintenance people have been great but Jennifer in the package room has been amazing! She always remembers us and if we have packages and is really nice!
Love 1130. Great building. Great staff. I just had friends visit for the weekend. Christine on the door staff helped them navigate in and out. My one friend reminded me to thank Christine for being so friendly.
