From our years of experience as renters at this building, management is woefully unresponsive and does not act when it comes to renters breaking the lease or providing an unsafe environment.

I highly recommend this 1130 S Michigan!!! They care about their residents!!! From Carlos in the leasing office and his team, to Dwayne and George at the front desk, they all go the extra mile for their residents!!! They serve us with excellence!!! Our building is well kept!!! The maintenance team are attentive to work orders, and they even assist with moving senior citizen residents!!! Those that work at this building are always nice, and willing to lend a helping hand!
