Package pickup at eleven thirty is such a bonus. Jennifer is welcoming & accommodating with package retrieval. With people in & out all day, she continues to greet residents with a warm smile & patience. She knows where things are & is quick to check the computer if there are inquiries about packages. She, like so many employees at eleven thirty, shows a desire to do a great job!
Con: Bug issue Noise through out summer because of facade work Small gym. Pro: Nice layout! (Unlike some new luxury apartment, there is no huge cylinder in your living room) Nice view of you are facing the lake. Can see firework all summer. Great staff!! Double blinds for bedroom = goodnight sleep. Package never lost (great staff again) Overall 4.5/5 based on 3 apartments I have lived in this area.
You for sure get what you pay for. Well kept and maintenance is fast with requests. Jennifer in the mail room is the sweetest!
