For the money we spent, we waited looking order to place order, get refill on drinks. My steak was very grisly and Even though they replaced it with a different cut of steak I didn’t get it until 10-15 minutes after my whole family was done eating, no apologies no discount no free dessert. If I want an awesome steak, I will go to Cowford’s downtown
