REVISED REVIEW: Been here for two years now and I used to enjoy living here a lot. No bugs, good price, and respectful property managers. About 5-6 months ago Launch Property bought out the complex and have been terrible. They come inside your home every 2-3 weeks for “inspections” and rarely answer the phone at the office. They put in AFCI breakers but failed to update the ancient refrigerators which resulted in a trip and me having to throw out a few hundreds dollars in cold/frozen goods.
