Would give zero stars if I could. Scott is the worst landlord I've ever rented from. We had to threaten to sue him personally to get our security deposit back after he not only tried to withhold the whole amount, but also charge us additional money on top of the deposit for ineligible items like kitchen renovations unrelated to damage. Avoid unless you have a good lawyer or too much free time.
The worse landlord I've ever had the misfortune of renting from.
These guys were great! My son rented an apartment from them in the Fenway area of Boston for more than 6 years! Eric the handyman always came by and checked in with them to make sure things were going well.
