The Eleven Courses team did a great job catering our wedding! The owner, Jim, was professional and communicative throughout the entire planning and wedding process and always available to contact personally to answer questions. As people that have never planned a large event, pricing was a bit confusing and there were a few points where we had additional costs we didn’t know about upfront, so I would advise anyone booking with them to make sure to ask specifically about what is and isn't included in the per person price. The way they went above and beyond and the attention to detail from the time we had our first consultation until the end of the night on our wedding day. Huge shoutout to Eleven Courses Catering for absolutely knocking it out of the park at the Dream Builders Benefit! The slow roasted beef tips were next-level—tender, flavorful, and honestly one of the best beef dishes I've ever eaten. (That's saying a lot!) From presentation to taste, everything was top-notch. If you’re looking for catering that impresses a crowd and delivers unforgettable flavors, Eleven Courses is the real deal. Highly recommend!
My daughter had her wedding April 18,2026 at Tannery Barn and Eleven Courses was our cater. Eleven Courses was a fabulous catering group. The food was amazing! Everyone enjoyed the food as well as the service. Jim is the owner of Eleven Courses who truly went above and beyond to see that everything was perfect for the wedding! Our guests raved about the food calling it the best they ever had at a wedding! Thank you Eleven Courses for making such a major event so memorable !! Five stars plus!!!!!
I have reached out to this caterer several times for a quote for a few clients based on their reviews and have not been answered despite calling, emailing, and inquiring on their website. I was warned by other planners that the owner, Jim Benson, does not play nice with other wedding professionals and it looks like they were right.
