"Extremely unprofessional and hostile behavior from this business. I work next door, and despite there being plenty of open parking, their team harassed me over a specific spot. Even after I moved my car to de-escalate the situation and be a good neighbor, they proceeded to follow me and park their vehicle right next to mine.This kind of petty, aggressive behavior is incredibly disappointing for a local business. We have been in contact with Jim (owner) about the service that was provided on my wedding day but he gaslighted us to make our legitimate concerns seem like we were the issue. The main issues are: your staff is terrible and rude to guests and the chicken was dry. The greedy bartenders asked my guests for tips during the party even when I had an envelope full of money waiting for them afterwards. Do better. Happy holidays!
I can't speak highly enough about Eleven Courses. Their catering service is exceptional. The food is fresh, tasty, delicious and sure to WOW your guests. My husband and I used Eleven Courses Catering for the first in 2018, for our summer wedding in the DMV area. THE GOOD - Our event coordinator Braxton was awesome. They were very easy to work with, and many times went out of their way to help us. At a particularly hectic time on our wedding day, Braxton came up to me just to ask if there was anything extra they could do for us so we could focus on our wedding. We had the most amazing experience with Eleven Courses for our October 12, 2025 wedding! Jim was very willing to work with us to make sure our wedding was exactly the way we wanted it, even expanding the bar package to include beers that we enjoyed and adding a third meat option for us. Braxton was AMAZING throughout the whole process but especially on the wedding day!
