We would recommend this caterer. We had a couple day-of-event issues, however. Not sure if avoidable, but we had requested our parents table in the planning process to be invited to the buffet table first, however guests went to the buffet uninvited and our parents ate last. This wasn't too much of an issue except they ran out of the brisket option. My parents heard ranting and raving of the brisket, but could not try any. I cannot speak highly enough about Eleven Courses. We used them for our wedding on 4/5/25 and it was a pleasure working with them every step of the way. They are so organized, communicative, professional, and experienced. I went into the day fully knowing and trusting that they were going to execute everything as planned. We had an amazing experience with Eleven Courses. We had them cater, serve, and bartend our elegant New Years Eve Party for 50 people. The food was fabulous and unique. Everyone told me the chicken and waffle skewers were great. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. They would run over to me if anyone saw me pour my own drink lol. Suzanne, Maria and Daniel worked very hard to make it a seamless experience for our guests and for us. I highly recommend them and will use them again!
