Not a great first impression. I had an appointment for 530PM and I waited outside for 15 minutes calling, emailing, and even reached out on social. When they finally answered they said it was just them there and to come inside. I came into the building and there was still someone about to get injectables done… which means that I would be waiting another 10 min at least. In the case that they were running late (which is understandable if communicated), they should have at least let me know by answering the phone instead of ha... read more
