Summerwinds of Jupiter was built between 1985 and 1989. The buildings are wood construction, and prior to our current renovation, the exterior shell was T1-11. With the assistance of Eleven C, were able to evaluate several options to repair/replace the exteriors of the buildings, in the end it was decided to proceed with Hardie-plank. Run as fast as you can! You will be nickel and dimed..bait and switched & left with a never ending project. Barry Shapiro is the single employee of this company, he is not a licensed contractor himself. The GC license holder and actual contractor never sets foot on the projects and only serves to give this scammer some resemblance of legitimacy.
