Contacted this company at 10p for emergency elevator services for a patient who was wheelchair bound and needed to get into her apartment as she was out of the window frame for meds and for more than 2 hours was redirected to a lady taking the calls who said she could help me other than sending a message to a technician. I ask her for an ETA. She could not say.
