Janet might be the worst real estate agent to work with in Northern Colorado. She broke & entered into our rental property for a tour the current tenants did not approve. Police were almost called and she created so much issues with selling the house. Choose absolutely anyone else and Elevations should fire Janet for her incredibly unprofessional behavior.

Words can't describe how great it was and has been to work with Mike. From the first meeting with to explain the process in an easy-to-understand manner, taking care of things before and throughout under contract, and keeping you in the loop while being incredibly kind and responsive--can't recommend Mike enough!
We've had an excellent experience with Elevations. Gia is the best! She is very communicative and a great advocate. We worked with her to buy two homes and sell one. We will definitely bring our business back to them in the future.
