You won't find a better agent than Lisa Young. She stays on top of every aspect of the transaction, both selling and buying, and communicates often. I always trust her suggestions and have always been happy with the results.
Janet might be the worst real estate agent to work with in Northern Colorado. She broke & entered into our rental property for a tour the current tenants did not approve. Police were almost called and she created so much issues with selling the house. Choose absolutely anyone else and Elevations should fire Janet for her incredibly unprofessional behavior.
