This spot is in the perfect location in San Tan. The space is big and modern. The staff are phenomenal. Most places are friendly and are there for you when you are about to sign a contract. Not here! Derrick continues to show the same professional and friendly support before and after you sign. They always want to make sure our time here is great. The carpets in this place smell really bad, it is the summer and people are constantly dragging garbage through them. The carpets need to be changed or professionally cleaned. A Install scent diffusers would help, anything at this point. No one wants to come home after a long day of work in the Arizona summer and smell something like this.
The tour agent was nice and showed the property beautifully as such my cousin rented an apartment
Excellent floor plans, amenities, and buildings. Mari and Kristina in the front office are great. Maintenance is fast and effective.
Love living here the maintenance team is amazing - I woke up to a broken ac the other day I called the emergency maintenance number just after 530 am Chris was at my door just after 6 am and had my ac working before 7 am / love Michelle Chris and the whole maintenance team anything ive needed they have always resolved within a timely manor - also a great team in the office Mari is always so helpful - perfect location and the hallways and the whole property are kept super clean
