Such a Fantastic Experience. Kaelan is a wonderful, caring kinesiologist and knows how to get the best out of me. Kaelan is Extremely knowledgeable and explains all the exercises and why they are important. It truly has been a great experience. I highly recommend Kaelan and Elevation Rehab. Hinge those Hips !

I've had a really great experience doing kinesiology with Sandra. She helped me recover from a shoulder injury and made me actually enjoy going to the gym again. Sandra really listens to what you're going through and always makes sure you feel supported. At the same time, she encourages you to challenge yourself and keep making progress. I am very impressed with the Active Rehab program. It is a collaborative venture between ICBC, Club 16 and Elevation Rehab. Elevation Rehab assigned me Gagan, to guide my physical recovery from a serious vehicle accident. Gagan has worked with me in the Club 16 facilities. She customized my rehab program based on my needs, modifying when needed and in collaboration with other members of my recovery team. The whole process is excellent and continues to help me regain my strength and confidence.
