Such a Fantastic Experience. Kaelan is a wonderful, caring kinesiologist and knows how to get the best out of me. Kaelan is Extremely knowledgeable and explains all the exercises and why they are important. It truly has been a great experience. I highly recommend Kaelan and Elevation Rehab. Hinge those Hips !
I loved working with Sandra! She was encouraging, knowledgeable and clearly loves what she does. She made my rehab a very positive experience.
I've had a really great experience doing kinesiology with Sandra. She helped me recover from a shoulder injury and made me actually enjoy going to the gym again. Sandra really listens to what you're going through and always makes sure you feel supported. At the same time, she encourages you to challenge yourself and keep making progress.
