Gagan has been an amazing kinesiologist supporting my MVA recovery for the past year. She is very patient at the same time pushes me to get better; she's knowledgeable about what it takes to build up physical strength while caring for sustained injuries. I am very impressed with the Active Rehab program. It is a collaborative venture between ICBC, Club 16 and Elevation Rehab. Elevation Rehab assigned me Gagan, to guide my physical recovery from a serious vehicle accident. Gagan has worked with me in the Club 16 facilities. She customized my rehab program based on my needs, modifying when needed and in collaboration with other members of my recovery team. The whole process is excellent and continues to help me regain my strength and confidence.
I have been with Elevation for quite awhile- doing pre-hab for a surgery and now rehab. Gagan goes above and beyond every session- doing research on my surgery and condition to make sure we are getting the right exercises at the right time. Highly recommend!
