This company started well, first few days. After that they did not show up, there was delay after delay. Not a professional process at all. They delayed the project without water for a long period of time that the sun damaged the finish they had recently installed, poor installation by the way. Not to mention the tiles were misaligned, broken, etc. I had to hire a new company to undo everything and start from scratch. They should be jailed.

This people walked away with my hard earned money and left me with a hole and dirt in my backyard. Don’t be fooled. They change names but are the same crooks. I’m starting the process of reporting Luis Uzcategui with the authorities for fraud. I’m looking for more customers that were affected.
