Such a great community! The recent pet event was such a cute idea and really showed how much the team cares about creating a fun and welcoming environment for everyone who lives here. The property manager, Lian, always goes above and beyond and is incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. You can really tell she cares about the residents and the community. Definitely a great place to call home!
My husband and I have lived here going on 3 years and the experience keeps getting better. I’ve gotten to know the various front office staff over the years and they are always so kind and knowledgable. Special shout out to Sai for loving on my dog Diego - those birthday treats were a hit! We will always recommend Elevation to prospective renters, especially as it keeps improving.
I love this place and would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay at a central location and enjoy the area! Has a lot of good food places around and not too far from downtown Phoenix!

I am surprised that this place has such good reviews. My partner and I almost moved in a but ultimately had such a bad experience that we had to back out of the lease. When we toured, we looked at a model unit which completely covers up the millennial gray interior. When we picked up our keys and walked in, we were shocked to see the worst millennial gray I have ever seen.
