I lived here for almost 4 years before leaving due to a job change it was an amazing place to start as my first apartment straight out of college! The office is very available and the staff are very kind and get things done promptly! Definitely recommend for anyone looking to live in Uptown
We have lived at Elevation on Central for 3 years, ever since we moved to Phoenix! The location is ideal for access to downtown and all of the other parts of the Valley. The staff has always been able to assist with problems that arise in a timely manner. The inside and outside is well maintained. The only problems we have run into have been parking garage doors being broken for extended periods of time and occasional pool closures (3 times since we have lived here), but nothing that would warrant less than 5 stars!!
Such a great community! The recent pet event was such a cute idea and really showed how much the team cares about creating a fun and welcoming environment for everyone who lives here. The property manager, Lian, always goes above and beyond and is incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. You can really tell she cares about the residents and the community. Definitely a great place to call home!
My husband and I have lived here going on 3 years and the experience keeps getting better. I’ve gotten to know the various front office staff over the years and they are always so kind and knowledgable. Special shout out to Sai for loving on my dog Diego - those birthday treats were a hit! We will always recommend Elevation to prospective renters, especially as it keeps improving.
