I visited the Cranberry location for an injection, and my experience was mixed. Isabella was absolutely amazing—hands down one of the best medical assistants I’ve encountered at this location. She was professional, attentive, and made the visit much more comfortable. Unfortunately, my experience with McKenzie was the opposite.
