I visited the Cranberry location for an injection, and my experience was mixed. Isabella was absolutely amazing—hands down one of the best medical assistants I’ve encountered at this location. She was professional, attentive, and made the visit much more comfortable. Unfortunately, my experience with McKenzie was the opposite. After looking for a lost golf ball, I developed what I thought were mosquito bites on my lower thigh but as I found out later it was a poison ivy rash. After work on a Tuesday I stopped at an urgent care and they prescribed me a small tube of cream and said should be about two weeks. By Thursday of that week the rash was covering my entire right thigh and my side halfway up to the point where it hurt to walk and was difficult to sleep. Elevation is irresponsible for abruptly ending Telehealth. No warning no nothing. They foolishly think limiting the number of people and taking your temperature makes one want to bang their head against the wall and scream “you idiots” It takes 2-14 days for the systems to just appear - so taking one’s temperature is meaningless. What if someone does have a temperature and just isn’t feeling good? You going to send them home and not service them?
