Ordered several items to ship to Canada. Package got sent to Australia in error and tracking details haven't been updated in 2 weeks. Customer support has so far been unhelpful in finding the package. Not impressed at all. Update: Package eventually made it to Canada - probably an issue with USPS rather than Elevation but disappointed that Elevation didn't make an effort to help in this situation.
Went through products, go to checkout to find they don't ship to Australia. Pathetic. It's 2022 get with the times.
Had an issue with stock for an item. This company was able to resolve my issue almost instantly. Great customer service and amazing products. Everyone in Canada should buy this for their iPad. I work for Apple and have recommended this product to every person who has a passion for iPad creativity and accessories. Can’t wait for their products to be readily available at all apple stores. Would highly recommend their draft table to anyone who has an iPad Pro. Great job guys.
