Close to the Interstate for an easy access. Hotel staff was super helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, shower was hot! Great nights stay. We will stay again when we come through Rapid City!!!
Very quiet hotel, staff is really nice. Indoor pool and hot tub, very clean and good pool area. Breakfast was provided and delicious!! Highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Oh and there's a fitness center too!
Nice hotel in a good location, near downtown and the civic center. Fairly new, rooms were clean breakfast was ok. Lots of parking, nice staff, great price. My only complaints, checkout is early (11 AM) and checkin late (4 PM). I arrived early, the hotel wasn't that busy and I was told the room wouldn't be ready until 4 PM (It was ready about 3 PM). Came into Rapid City to visit Mt Rushmore and Crazy Horse ahead of the season. Priceline address is correctly shown but the link to the hotel sent us to the wrong address. We called and confirmed the address, typed it directly into maps and got straight there. The check in was easy, the rooms are spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast is delicious with lots of choices. Overall location is perfect for our trip.
