I’ve been attending Elevation Fitness since December 2024, and it’s been an incredible experience. Mind you I had not worked out consistently for 5+yrs, so I wasn’t sure what I was getting myself into. I’m very happy with the choice I made. I joined Elevation Fitness about a month ago and my only regret is that I did not do it sooner. I love the group workouts and the atmosphere. The Instructors and all the members are all great people and very supportive and fun. If you are on the fence about joining, don't wait! Do it now! :)
The coaches are knowledgeable, experienced, and dedicated to helping each and every member achieve their fitness goals. The structure of the gym is excellent. It’s easy to find a workout that fits into my schedule. The workouts themselves are challenging, but always tailored to my individual abilities and limitations. Incredible gym, even better community. Been a part of this gym for about a year now and have really enjoyed it! The coaches adjust the exercises to fit your abilities while still being challenging. It feels so good to challenge my body while making connections with others!
