I spontaneously decided to try pole fitness here in January, and immediately fell in love. Lisa and Janel, the owners, are absolutely wonderful people. They are so welcoming and fun, and do an exceptional job of planning their classes in a way that accommodates everyone’s skill levels. All of the students here are kind to each other, and there is a sense of community that made me feel so at home. Welcoming studio that offers excellent value and quality training. Relaxed vibes, small class sizes, and lots of one-on-one instruction. Love it!

I've attended 2 classes now. And I'm really like this place. I have some pole experience due to going to other pole workout gyms. They made me feel very welcomed and helped me execute my pole poses more efficiently. The into class is very nice and she is very good with helping everyone no matter how new you are or if you are a little more advanced in the class.
