The teachers are very friendly, but I think the classes are very short, you feel the class is very busy, also it would be nice if we had 10 or 5 minutes before the class ended to record what we learned in class, but the class ends just in time for the next class to arrive and you don't even have time to record what you learned in class.

I spontaneously decided to try pole fitness here in January, and immediately fell in love. Lisa and Janel, the owners, are absolutely wonderful people. They are so welcoming and fun, and do an exceptional job of planning their classes in a way that accommodates everyone’s skill levels. All of the students here are kind to each other, and there is a sense of community that made me feel so at home.
