Appointments were easy to schedule, and the office runs on time. Ashley Martin was professional and answered all my questions.
This is still valid as of August 2026. Calling to seek support, schedule, or anything is the worst. It is truly a shame because the doctors and assisting practitioners are the absolute best. I've been to many medical facilities, but the phone communication and customer service here are by far the worst. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with the constant communication issues, and while I truly appreciate my doctors, everything else about the experience makes it so hard to keep coming back.
