I arrived within 10 minutes of my scheduled appointment, but evidently this office enforces a very strict 5-minute late policy. Because of this, the front desk staff told me I would need to reschedule. I asked if they could check with the doctor first, but I was told the doctor was with another patient and couldn’t be asked. Ironically, that meant my being a few minutes late was not impacting her schedule, yet no flexibility was offered. I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Kalani Williams. She's incredibly smart, kind, and thorough. We are very lucky to have her and the rest of the Elevation team in our area!

I've seen a lot of dermatologists throughout my life, and Dr. Neyman is the best. Highly recommend.

I visited Dr. Neyman on a friend’s recommendation - she was kind and helpful during my appointment. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this practice. The way the office operates makes it incredibly difficult to work with and gives the impression that they’re more focused on volume than meeting patient needs. Appointments must be booked 2–3 months out, even for follow-ups. Their limited hours (closed Fridays, early closures on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and a daily lunch break) make scheduling even more challenging. They don... read more
