Not wheelchair/stroller accessible. Large dining room, probably good for big groups. Elevation Burger is usually one of the best burger places, but the food at this location was only in the range of mediocre to good when my family and I visited. The big problem we had was that getting our double stroller in and out involved carrying it up and down steps and the closest garage didn't seem to have an elevator. The staff were friendly, and there was no confusion over our order, which involved a substitution.
Excellent food, decent prices. It is a bit of a weird storefront that can be hard to get into, not quite part of the mall and not a separate building. The veggie burger choices are great too!
Miserable service. With an empty dining room it took 20 minutes to get my order. My friends never received their order and, after getting a refund were told it was their fault for coming in so soon (30 minutes) before closing. The burger was mediocre. The fries were passable. Also, there were bags filled with trash everywhere behind the counter. The bathroom was in poor condition and lacked paper towels.
A very average burger place. Nothing is really bad but there isn't anything special either.
