This place is a family favorite. The burgers are good (I get a veggie burger) and fries are thin, plentiful, and tasty. There's food for the kids in the form of sliders and grilled cheese. Employees have always been good to us. One potential dagger is parking--when the Costco is open, parking near that part of the mall can be hectic. If you can go off-hours with respect to Costco or find a good parking spot, this is a great spot to eat at the mall.

Let me just say I'm rating this before I get the food. All based off of outstanding customer service. The manager David is just a kind man over all and his staff seem like they are happy working with him. My coworker and I work in the mall everyday and while I was taking a break he offered my coworker a free meal. These acts of kindness and giving aren't so big now a days where NOTHING is free. So come by and support this location.

The fries were good, but everything else was a huge disappointment. The burgers were dry and overdone, and the chicken sandwich was mushy - almost seemed like they'd been cooked earlier and microwaved. We won't be back.
